Seafood Pasta Rio Mar Cuba

El Templete

Recommended by a reliable source.

Great Seafood, have the Paella

N.K.

Dinner

El Cocinero

A power station turned oil factor and now a restaurant! This was my favourite in Havana, I recommend:

  • Caprese
  • Charcoal grilled shrimp, fish, lobster skewer.
  • Chocolate dessert

Caprese El Cocinero Charcoal Grilled fish shrimp lobster skewer Chocolate dessert

The perfect thing about El Cocinero is that it’s located right next to La Fabrica de Arte Cubano (a nightclub), so you can walk over straight after dinner.

La Guarida

Although this place is quite famous, I never understood what the hype was about. The Ravioli was good but house french fries were drenched in oil! The menu’s fancy but food wasn’t great. I would go just cause of the popularity and, well, everyone’s taste is different.

Ravioli Il Guarida Il Guarida Chicken

There are other restaurants I read about that I haven’t tried so if you want to experiment and you’ve already gone through my list then here you go!

Partagas is the most famous one, only open on weekdays buy your tickets from the hotel they do not sell it at the factory. Check if they’re allowing tourists as sometimes they don’t!

Bodeguita del medio
