You can ski in many places near Montreal the most popular is Mont Tremblant, a ski resort about 2.5 hours away from Montreal, I recommend staying at the Fairmont or the Quintessence hotel. You can always go for the day if you enjoy the drive! or Saint Sauveur which is closer, I’d only go for the day. Make sure you’re all covered up and warm, it’s not the same as skiing in Europe!
Basically sitting in a doughnut and slide down a huge slope. You can go down the slope with a friend – each one in their own doughnut and hold each other so you go down together. It’s a great way to spend a sunny winters day.
Just over an hours drive from Montreal, Adventures en plein air offers this activitiy. Rent a snowmobile for a couple of hours and drive through the forest, ending up at the Lac Morency. Enjoy driving over the frozen lake; a speed limit free zone.
Spa on the water, I recommend getting a massage then using their facilities. It’s amazing to be in a hot tub in very cold weather over looking a frozen lake. The Sauna also overlooks the lake. It’s a very relaxing experience.
Activities I’ve heard about but never tried.

This is available in Mont Tremblant or at Lac Morency (Just over an hour away from Montreal). I’ve only tried it in Alaska and it was a nice one-time experience.
